Well-appointed rooms, very big beds.

I loved being in this place. All in all everything was perfect, had an excellent stay for four nights. The location was good for walking around a sand beach. Well-designed and modern room with a balcony was enjoyable.

Everything is superb here, had a just perfect stay on the first floor. The deluxe king room is unique with a balcony view over the pond and balcony plus attention to the details.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the deluxe room with garden views, everything was amazing. There were a balcony and WiFi in the room, liked that. Every member of staff was helpful. The delicious and large breakfast had lots of meals and the food I tasted was tasty. The location was perfect and excellent for walking around a sand beach. There was a magnificent restaurant, a market and shops next door. It was about 10 km from the airport.

Tastefully decorated unit with coffee/tea makers and glassware. The bedroom was lovely and the staff very friendly. Magnificent and unbeatable location to Jungle Beach.

I had good food for breakfast with different options to choose from. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ocean Dive Centre. It was set walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel has particularly good and fab location near the Dunes and surfing, swimming, sun bathing and water sport activities. Besides, just a few minutes from a sand beach.

Honestly no complaint. Absolutely stunning and unique hotel - characterful base for celebrating birthday. Functional & beautifully decorated room with balcony. Free parking onsite provided. Everything perfect. Location just off Unawatuna, awesome garden, a quiet area, and the beach, restaurants and shops.

The hotel itself was peaceful and clean. The staff were attentive and top-class and the location was magnificent close to the beach. Plus, it was close to the centre of unawathuna and the wildlife and sunrise/sunset.

The room I stayed in was romantic and neat with attention to the details, the balcony plus beautiful garden view. An electric kettle and glassware were available. As for me, the location was excellent and beautiful, not far from bustling tourist activities in the seaside resorts of Unawatuna and bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast had many different options and was included in the price. The location was great, situated in front of a large beautiful garden in the centre of town.

Noisy at times, but the hotel provided earplugs for guests.

The hotel's garden was a peaceful escape from the busy tourist area and located near the beach. The hotel staff provided excellent hospitality and a delicious breakfast. The room was well-designed with a unique outdoor shower.
